Activate the SMTP authentication option for the outgoing mail server (SMTP), not the SPA option.

How to Setup 1&1 IONOS Webmail on Android?

You can also access your 1and1 emails account in Android Devices? All you have to do is set up your 1and1 email account once in Android, and then you can immediately access, send or receive emails.

• Go to the Android Home screen and open an Email or Gmail app, This setup may vary depending on the model and version.
• If you already have other email accounts in this app, go to Menu from the top 3 line and Tap settings and click Add Account.
• Click on Other into Setup email section.
• Enter your ionos.com email address then click Manual Setup button.
• Choose IMAP account.
• Enter the following details on incoming server settings information below.

  – Security type: SSL (in sure SSL encryption is enabled for the incoming mail server settings)
  – Port: 993
• Click Next Button.
• Enter the following details on outgoing server settings information below.
  – SMTP server: smtp.ionos.com
  – Port: 465
  – Security type: SSL (in sure SSL encryption is enabled for the outgoing mail server settings)
• Click Next Button.
• Select Email check frequency (preferably every 15 minutes).
• Give your account name and Press Done.
• Finished, Now you can use, send and receive ionos.com email account on your Android.

How to Setup 1&1 IONOS Webmail on iPhone Devices?

You can also access your 1and1 emails account in iPhone Devices? All you have to do is set up your 1and1 email account once in iPhone Devices, and then you can immediately access, send or receive emails.

• First Go to iPhone settings option.
• Scroll down and tab Mail, Contacts and Calendars option.

  – Authentication: password

• Enter the following details under outgoing settings information below.

Setup and Configure 1&1 Email On Outlook Mail

You can also access your 1and1 emails account in Outlook Mail? All you have to do is set up your 1and1 email account once in Outlook Mail, and then you can immediately access, send or receive emails.

• Open your Outlook Mail and open the File tab.
• Select Account Settings and click New under the Email section.
• Enable server settings and then select Next.

• Select IMAP and fill in the server settings in the fields provided.
• Write imap.1and1.com in the incoming email and 993 in the incoming bunt.
