- Enter ‘securemail.adam.com.au’ into the ‘Incoming mail server:’
- Enter ‘securemail.adam.com.au’ into the ‘Outgoing mail server (SMTP).’
- Issue your email address e.g. ‘name@company.com.au’ into the ‘User Name.’
- Enter your Adam Internet password into the ‘Password.’
- Check the ‘Remember password’ checkbox.
- Press the ‘More Settings’ button.
- Select the ‘Outgoing Server’ tab.
- Check the ‘My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication’ checkbox.
- Ensure that the ‘Use same settings as my incoming mail server’ radio button is selected.
- Select the ‘Advanced’ tab.
- Set the ‘Incoming server (POP3):’ port number to ‘995’.
- Check the ‘This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)’.
- Set the ‘Outgoing server (SMTP):’ port number to ‘465’.
- Select ‘SSL’ from the ‘Use the following type of encrypted connection:’ dropdown under ‘Outgoing server (SMTP)’.
- Click on the ‘OK’ button.
- Press the ‘Next >’ Button.
- Click on the ‘Finish’ Button.
You will then have the ability to start using Outlook with your Adam Internet email accounts.

– Select ‘Options’ in the menu that pops open
– Finally, select ‘Email accounts’ - Click on the ‘Add’ button.
- Select the ‘Email Account’ Option.
- Now click on the ‘Next’ Button.
- Enter the ‘Server address:’ underneath the ‘Incoming server information’ heading.
- Enter your Adam Internet password into the ‘Password:’
- Any option, Check the ‘Remember password’.
- Enter your name e.g. ‘John Smith’ into the ‘Display name for your sent messages.’
- Check the ‘Manually configure server settings’.
- Now click on the ‘Next’ button.
- Select ‘POP’ in the ‘Server type:’ dropdown.
- Enter the ‘Server address:’ underneath the ‘Incoming server information’ heading.
- Input’995′ to the’Port:’ field next to the’Server address:”
- Check the ‘Requires a secure connection (SSL)’ checkbox.
- Select ‘Clear text’ from the ‘Authenticate using:’ dropdown.
- Input your email address e.g.’name@company.com.au’ to the’Logon username:’
- Issue user ‘Server address:’ underneath the ‘Outgoing server information’ heading.
- Enter ‘465 to the’Port:’ field next to the’Server address:”
- Check the ‘Requires a secure connection (SSL)’.
- Check the ‘Requires authentication’.
- Now click on the ‘Next’ button.
