What is Apple Webmail?

With Mail on iCloud.com, you can send and receive email from your iCloud Mail account using a web browser. If you have iCloud+, you can also send and receive email from a custom email domain (not available in all countries or regions).

Before you can use Mail on iCloud.com, you need to set up an iCloud Mail address on your Apple device. See Create a primary email address for iCloud Mail.

Apple Webmail Login

To login to Apple Webmail you need to enter your email account address and password, so keep it with you and login to Apple Webmail through the steps given below.

• First open this webpage signup.
• Enter your email account address or phone number or password in the field.
• Click on Next button.
• Enter your valid password, password field.
• Tick on ‘Remember my username’ option.
• Last click on the ‘Sign in’ button.

Apple Webmail Account with IMAP and SMTP Server Settings

With these iCloud Mail server settings, you can set up your email client app to send and receive email with your iCloud Mail account. You will need these server settings to hand when you manually configure your email client app.

You won’t need these email server settings if you meet iCloud system requirements and can use any of these setup methods:

• Use iCloud Preferences on your Mac in OS X Lion 10.7.4 or later.
• Use iCloud for Windows on your PC in Microsoft Windows with Outlook 2010 to Outlook 2016. Set up two-factor authentication and generate an app-specific password to use for iCloud Mail.
• Use iCloud settings on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch with iOS 7 or later.

iCloud Mail server settings

• iCloud Mail uses the IMAP and SMTP standards that are supported by most modern email client apps. iCloud Mail does not support POP.
• If you’ve set up an account using iCloud System Preferences or macOS Mail in 10.7.4 or later, you won’t see these settings because they’re automatically configured.
• Refer to your email client app’s documentation for information about how to use these settings.

IMAP information for the incoming iCloud Mail server

• Server name: imap.mail.me.com
• SSL Required: Yes
  • If you see an error message when using SSL, try using TLS instead.
• Port: 993
• Username: This is usually the name of your iCloud Mail email address (e.g. johnappleseed, not johnappleseed@icloud.com). If your email client app can’t connect to iCloud Mail using just the name of your email address, try using the full address.
• Password: Generate an app-specific password.

SMTP information for the outgoing iCloud Mail server

• Server name: smtp.mail.me.com
• SSL Required: Yes
  • If you see an error message when using SSL, try using TLS or STARTTLS instead.
• Port: 587
• SMTP Authentication Required: Yes
• Username: Your full iCloud Mail email address (e.g. johnappleseed@icloud.com, not johnappleseed)
• Password: Use the app-specific password that you generated when you set up the incoming mail server.

How to Setup Apple Webmail on Windows Mail?

• 1 Set up your iCloud Mail account in Windows 10 Mail
• Open Mail, and select Add Account.
• Windows 10 Mail with Add account highlighted.
• Windows 10 mail add account with iCloud highlighted.
• Enter your Apple ID email address, your Name, and your Apple ID password, then select Sign in.
• Add an iCloud Account with Email address, your name, and password fields, and sign in button highlighted.
• Your account is now setup, select Done.

Setup or Configure Live Webmail in Apple?

If you use an email provider such as iCloud, Google, Microsoft Exchange or Yahoo, Mail can automatically set up your email account with just your email address and password. Here’s how:

1. Go to Settings > Mail, then tap Accounts.
2. Tap Add Account, then select your email provider.
3. Enter your email address and password.
4. If you see Next appear, tap it and wait for Mail to verify your account.
5. If you see Save, tap Save.

How to Setup Apple Email Account on Outlook?

These steps are the same whether you’re adding your first email account or additional email accounts to Outlook.

• Select File > Add Account.
• Enter your email address and click Connect.
• Enter your name, email address, and password, and click Next.
• If prompted, enter your password again, then select OK > Finish to start using your email account in Outlook.

Create a Apple email using outlook.com address

You can view your iCloud mail, contacts and calendar in Microsoft Outlook.

Before getting started, make sure you’ve set up an @icloud.com email address. See Create a primary email address for iCloud Mail in the iCloud User Guide.

1. On your Windows computer, open iCloud for Windows.
2. To set up Contacts and Calendar, select “Contacts and Calendars”, click Apply, then follow the onscreen instructions to set up Outlook.Note: If you see “Mail, Contacts and Calendars,” selecting that option also sets up your iCloud Mail account.
3. To set up Mail, sign in to Outlook using your Apple ID email address and an app-specific password. See the Apple Support article Using app-specific passwords.
