- To get to this section in Outlook, open the application and navigate to ‘File’ in the top left corner.

- Tap ‘Outgoing Server’ tab at the top of the window, and ensure ‘My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication’ and ‘Use same settings as my incoming mail server’ are ticked.
