How to use the Clutter feature in Office 365 Email ?
Clutter is an Office 365 email filtering feature designed to move low priority messages from your inbox and into their own folder titled Clutter. This feature will learn your email reading habits to define messages that you are likely to ignore and then move those messages to a clutter folder.
Most of the mail going into the folder will probably be messages from bulk mail (advertising) and mailing lists. However, you may want to check the Clutter folder periodically as it may move legitimate email to this folder. You may also want to delete emails from the Clutter folder once, as these emails count for your storage space.
