What is CPanel Webmail?
Software for web hosting control panels called cPanel was created by cPanel, LLC. It offers the website owner or “end user” a graphical interface and automated tools made to make hosting a website easier. A three-tier structure allows for management using a regular web browser.

CPanel Webmail Login

- First open this webpage link.
- Once the site opens, click on the ‘Office 365’ option, which will prompt you to login through Microsoft Office.
- Enter your email account address and username in the field.
- Click on Next button.
- Enter your Password, in password field.
- Then last click on the ‘Submit’ button.
How to Access CPanel Office 365 (Email) Account?
- Enter the IP address or domain and the

). - Enter your cPanel username in the Username text box.
- Enter your password in the Password text box.
- Click Log in.
Change or Reset CPanel Webmail Account Password
- Log in to your cPanel account.
- Click on Email Accounts under the Email section.
- Locate the account you wish to update the password for and click the Manage button located to the right of the account listing.
- Under the section labeled Security, find the field for New Password and enter your new password. You can also use the Generate button to generate a random password.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Manage page then click the button labeled Update Email Settings to apply the new password.
- Log into cPanel.
- Under Mail, click Email Accounts.
- On the right of your email account, click MANAGE.
- Type a new password.
- Click UPDATE EMAIL SETTINGS at the bottom.
How to Setup an iPhone to Access Your CPanel E-Mail?
1. Select Settings from the home screen of your iPhone:
2. Choose Mail, Contacts, Calendars and click on Add Account:
3. Choose Other from the appeared list:
4. Select Add Mail Account. In the New Account menu, you will need to specify the following records:
- Name: your name, it will appear as the sender name
- Address: your full email address created in your cPanel > the Email Accounts menu
- Password: password for this email address
- Description: you can specify any description, but we advise you to specify your email address
- Click on Next.
- 5. Select protocol type: IMAP or POP3. We advise you to use IMAP. The selected one will be highlighted blue.
- 6. The settings are the same for both IMAP and POP3 on this step:
- Name, Address and Description should have been already filled in
- Host name: the server your account is hosted on
- User Name: your email address
- Password: password for your email
NOTE: you can find your server name using this article instead of server1.web-hosting.com provided as an example.
In the fields for both Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server indicate the following settings:

7. If you use IMAP, it is possible to enable the following services:
Click on Save and wait till checking is finished.
8. When the check is finished, you will be redirected to the Mail, Contacts, Calendars screen. Choose your newly created account there:
9. Scroll down the screen and select Advanced:
10. You will be able to select additional settings for IMAP or POP3.
If you set an IMAP connection, you should use port 993 (with SSL) or port 143 (without SSL). Set IMAP Path Prefix to INBOX:
If you select POP3, you should use port 995 (with SSL) or port 110 (without SSL):
11. In order to add more settings for the outgoing server, you should return to the previous menu and then go to Outgoing Mail Server via clicking on the host name of the server:
12. For Outgoing Server (SMTP) select port 465 (with SSL) or port 25 (without SSL):
Once the settings are verified, the account is active and ready to use.
To test you new email account, go to Messages and try sending and receiving emails.
