- Type smtpauth.earthlink.net (without the quotations) in the Host Name field under Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) and your password in the Password field.
- Click Done to save the changes.
- Press the iPhone’s Home button to return to the home screen.
- Click on the Mail app icon, then tap EarthLink to access your email.

- Choose an email check frequency, and preferably every 15 minutes or Leave it as is and press the next button.

– User Name: Earthlink email address

– Password: Check Remember password.
– Require logon using secure password authentication: No - Click More Settings Button.
- At the advanced tab, enter Earthlink incoming server (IMAP) 143 port, select SSL Yes at use the following type of encrypted connection. Enter Earthlink.net outgoing server (SMTP) 587 port and select SSL Yes at use the following type of encrypted connection.
- Then click OK.
- Click next and Outlook tests the connection. Wait for it to complete.
- Click on the Done button.
- Congratulations, Now you can send and receive Earthlink.net mail on your Outlook software.
Earthlink Webmail data limits
- The limit for sending messages is 100 per day.
- The limit for receiving messages is 500 per day.
- You can send up to five emails at once.
- If you need more than 5 email accounts, consider upgrading your account or purchasing an additional one.
- There are no limits on how many contacts you can have in your address book, but there are limitations on how many of those contacts can be sent a message each day (100) and how many total messages they may receive (500).
- You cannot attach any file larger than 50 MBs to an email message; if the attachment is too large it will not be delivered and the sender will receive a bounceback notification explaining why their
- message was not delivered.
