What is Exetel Webmail?
Every Exetel Webmail is ADSL / wireless broadband Program includes FREE email addresses in the Arrangement of yourname@exemail.com.au and you can set up, change and maintain them Through the Member Facilities Region in the Exetel web site.

How to set up an Exetel webmail account?
Follow the simple steps given in the Member Facilities area to set up the exetel email accounts in a third party email program and exetel server.
- Go to Member Facilities area.
- Click on Premium VAS option and the email.
- Select Add Email Account tab.
- Read the instructions carefully and then enter the”Email address” and”password” from the”Add New Mail” section.
- Click on “Add” button.
- These steps include the set up of your computer’s email client.
- These email addresses can be used once you have created them.
Note:
- These Email accounts are POP3/SMTP and Exetel does not offer IMAP.
- The capacity of every mail box set up by the consumer is 40 megabytes of storage and the maximum email size which can be sent or received is currently 25 megabytes. Always make certain you have enough capacity to receive emails.
- The maximum attachment size is approximately 12 megabytes.

User can keep your exemail service after cancelling your ADSL./Mobile Broadband service. When you cancel the service via Members Facilities area, there is an option given to keep the exemail account.
If you choose this option, your exemail accounts will be active for another six months from the date service is canceled. You will be charged $30 on next billing run.
How do set up ‘my Mailbox’ in iPad?
Please follow these steps to set up your own Mailbox in iPad:
- Click on the settings tab from the home screen.
- Select Mail, Contact, Calendars.
- Tap Add Account.
- Enter your name, address, password and description.
- Then tap Next.
– Your Name: The name to be displayed when sending emails
– Address: The email address, e.g. yourname@exemail.com.au
– Password: The password used with this email account - Make sure to enter appropriate data for incoming and outgoing mail server.
– Incoming Host Name: pop3.[state].exemail.com.au
– Outgoing Host Name: smtp.[state].exemail.com.au
How do set up ‘my Mailbox’ in an iPhone?
You can set up your email account in an iPhone by tapping the Mail icon on the Home screen. If the user already has a setup, follow these steps:
- Click on the settings tab from the home screen. (microsoft exchange, mobile me, gmail, Yahoo!, AOL, other).
- Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account.
- Enter your name and email address.
- Then tap Next.
- Make sure to enter your information.
– Your Name: The name to be displayed when sending email.
– Address: The email address, e.g. yourname@exemail.com.au
– Password: The password used with this email account
– Incoming Host Name: pop3.[state].exemail.com.au
– Outgoing Host Name: smtp.[state].exemail.com.au - You may be requested to set the account up without SSL. Select Yes.
- Once you have configured, press the home button, tap the email icon from the home display.
- All your email accounts will be displayed here.
