Health care can be complex, but managing your health care benefits shouldn’t be. Health New England is making things easier for you with our all-new member portal, my.HealthNewEngland.org.
The new portal offers simple language, straightforward menu options, and easy access from any device – smartphone, tablet or computer.
- First your open this webpage link my.healthnewengland.org.
- Enter your Username and Password in the field.
- Enter the Take Me To (Member, Broker, Employer etc.).
- Then click on the ‘login’ button.
Forgot or Change HNE Health Webmail login username and password
Forgot Username
Enter your email address to lookup the username associated with it.
- Open this forgot username link.
- Enter your Email Address in the field.
- Then choose the Member, Broker, Employer etc option.
- Tick on “I’m not a robot” option.
- Then click on the ‘Find’ button.

Explanations of Benefits Available on Member Portal
Another new feature of the member portal is that Explanations of Benefits (EOBs) are now available online at my.healthnewengland.org. As part of an ongoing effort to minimize impact on the environment, EOBs are no longer being automatically mailed to members.
The secure member portal offers a user-friendly format for claim details and comprehensive information about coverage and member responsibility, among other enhancements. You can also group claims together for a consolidated view of related treatments.
You continue to have the ability to print an EOB from the Claims page on the member portal. But, if you still prefer to have your EOBs mailed to your home, you can make that selection by changing your mailing preferences once you are logged into the member portal. You can also request paper copies of your EOBs by calling Member Services at (413) 787-4004 or (800) 310-2835.

- Quickly access your recently processed medical and pharmacy claims.
- Easily see your family’s deductibles on the home screen.
- Search for a provider and find out who is accepting new patients.
- View your Health-Equity health savings account or health reimbursement arrangement balances in real time.
- Set communications preferences and alerts.
- Designate other members on your policy to access claim information.
- View or print a temporary ID card.
- Securely send messages to Health New England directly on the portal.
- Access the Healthy Directions Web-portal, Teladoc and Cost-of Care Calculator with single sign-on.
- Submit your wellness reimbursement online.
