• Step 2
  Login using your username and password.
• Step 3
  Login screen appears upon successful login.
• Step 4
  Then, click on the “LOGIN NOW” button.

Please Note: Usernames and Passwords are case sensitive.

Student Login Details

• Username = Student ID number
  (example: ABC1234 – must be UPPERCASE)
• Password = dd/mm/yyyy
  (date of birth/month of birth/year of birth)​

For your safety change your password under the”Change Login” section of your accounts.

Use this step by step guide to use Holmes mobile app:

• Step 1
  Go to Apple app store or Google play store depending on your mobile device.
• Step 2
  Search for Holmes webmail.
• Step 3
  Once you have installed the app on the mobile, launch the application.
• Step 4
  Open the program and then enter “Holmes” in the area provided.
• Step 5
  Login using your Holmes Username and valid password.
• Step 6
  For the home page to appear temporarily in the port, the user will forward it to the application.
• Step 7
  Once you are signed into Mobile app you will be brought to the Activity Stream where you can see updates about your courses.

How can students change Homes email address?

All email correspondence from holmes will go to whichever address you have listed in MyInfo. By default, it will be set to the address you provided when you enrolled. If you did not provide an address, it will be set to your student email account.

If you need to change email address for all students institute email communication, follow these steps:

• Login to my information.
• Enter your personal profile.
• The Student personal details portlet will display your personal profile.
• In the email address field, enter your new preferred email address.
• Click save my details to ‘confirm’.

Note: It can take up to 15 minutes to update on your record.
