There was an error sending your message: Failed to add recipient: (SMTP: Invalid response code received from server code: 550, response: Verification failed for No Such User Here Sender verify failed).
If you are, it means that you are logging in to your webmail with your cPanel username and password. You are logging into a generic account not configured to send emails. The server is not recognizing that the generic account even exists, then which is why you are getting the error.
This means that you are logging into webmail incorrectly.
When you log into your email or webmail, please make sure that your user name is the full email address you want to access, and your password is the password explicitly created for that email address.
How to access email/webmail from outside of cPanel?
You can access HostPapa Webmail outside cPanel as well as within it. log into a HostPapa email account directly from the Internet. Once your domain name is pointing to the servers, use this path: http://yourdomain.com/webmail.
The username is the email address you are trying to access. The password is the password set for the above email address.
For example: If you’ve set up “user5” as an email account on “yourdomain.com” for username, enter user5@yourdomain.com, and whatever password you’ve set up.
Please do not use your cPanel username and password to log into webmail. You will be logged into the default email account which is not configured to send emails.
Once you have logged in, select Horde (you may also have an option for RoundCube, but this is being phased out). These are different email interfaces you can use to create, read, and reply to emails. They all access email from the same place, so it does not matter which you choose and you can switch between them freely.
