IPower Webmail Login
To login IPower Webmail you will need username or email account address and password of Christian Heritage College so you can get it from Christian Heritage College and login IPower Webmail by following given steps.
- First open this webpage link.
- Once the site opens, click on the ‘Office 365’ option, which will prompt you to login through Microsoft Office.
- Enter your email account address and username in the field.
- Click on Next button.
- Enter your Password, in password field.
- Then last click on the ‘Submit’ button.
How to Access IPower Office 365 (Email) Account?
Setting up your email with Outlook 2016, Outlook 2019, and Outlook 365?
You will need your incoming mail server, outgoing mail server, full email address, and email password. The default settings are listed below.
Non-SSL Settings
Outbound Server SMTP | smtp.ipower.com | Port 587 |

What is an SSL for an Email Server?
SSL, TLS, and STARTTLS are standard protocols to secure email transmissions. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and its successor, Transport Layer Security (TLS), provide a way to encrypt a communication channel between two computers over the Internet.
We can always provide our server settings and walk you through setting up your Outlook. However, we cannot help troubleshoot errors specific to Outlook.
Setting up Outlook 2016
The instructions below will guide you through configuring the Email Account with us on Microsoft Outlook 2016.
Note: In the example below, we will configure the email account using SSL Hostnames for SMTP and IMAP protocols.Step 1: Launch Microsoft Outlook 2016 on your computer. If you are launching it for the first time, you will directly see the window as shown below. If you already have some other email accounts configured on Outlook, you can click on File Menu > Add Account to see the window as shown below.
a. Enter your Email Address.
b. Check the box that reads, “Let me set up my account manually.”
c. Click on Connect.
Step 2: Select POP or IMAP, depending on the Incoming Protocol you prefer. In this article, we have selected IMAP.
Step 3: Refer to the Email Client Settings below, and based on your preferences, enter the respective hostnames, port numbers, and encryption methods for the Incoming Mail and Outgoing Mail servers.
Enter the following information
- Your Name: Customers Name
- Email address: example@customersdomain.com
- Incoming Server: pop.ipower.com or imap.ipower.com
- Outgoing Mail server: smtp.ipower.com
- User name: Customers Email Address [example@customersdomain.com]
- Password: Password to the customer’s email address
Click on Next.
Step 4: Enter the password for your email account with us and click on Connect.
Step 5: Your email account has been configured successfully!
Click on Done to conclude the process.
Step 6: You can now send and receive emails on your Email Client.
Setting up Outlook 2019
The instructions below will guide you through configuring the Email Account with us on Microsoft Outlook 2019.
Note: In the example below, we will configure the email account using SSL Hostnames for SMTP and IMAP protocols.

Change or Reset IPower Webmail Account Password
- Click Login on our home page or go to the Account Login link.
- Log in to your Domains Dashboard.
- Click the down arrow next to your username and select Account Settings.
- In the left menu bar, click on Change Password.
- Enter your old and new passwords and click on Change Password.
- Your password has been reset.
How to Setup an iPhone to Access Your IPower E-Mail?
- Go to your phone Settings.
- Swipe up to Passwords & Accounts.
- Tap Add Account.
- Select Other.
- Tap Add Mail Account.
- Fill in the following information:
- Name: How you want your name to appear in emails (example: Jane Test)
- Email: Your full mailbox address (example: test@example.com)
- Password: Your mailbox password
- Description: Distinguish this email connection from others you might have set up on your Apple device.
- Select Next.
- Choose POP or IMAP. IMAP synchronizes the email on your phone with the contents of your account on the server, while POP simply downloads the inbox.
- Fill in the following information depending on the protocol you chose in Step 9:
- POP
- Name: The name to display on your email
- Email: Your full mailbox address
- Description: Distinguish this email connection from others you might have set up on your Apple device.
- Incoming Mail Server: POP
- Host Name: pop.ipower.com
- User Name: Your full email address
- Password: Your email account password
- Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) Host Name: smtp.ipower.com
- User Name: Your full email address
- Password: Your email account password
- IMAP
- Name: The name to display on your email
- Email: Your full mailbox address
- Description: Distinguish this email connection from others you might have set up on your Apple device.
- Incoming Mail Server: IMAP
- Host Name: imap.ipower.com
- User Name: Your full email address
- Password: Your email account password
- Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) Host Name: smtp.ipower.com
- User Name: Your full email address
- Password: Your email account password
- POP
- Tap Save.
- Go back to Accounts and select the newly set up email to input the port numbers.
- Swipe up and tap Advanced.
- Fill in the following information:By default, the IMAP and POP protocols work on two ports:
Port 143 – this is the default IMAP non-encrypted port;
Port 993 – this is the port you need to use if you want to connect using IMAP securely.
Port 110 – this is the default POP non-encrypted port;
Port 995 – this is the port you need to use if you want to connect using POP securely.- Use SSL: toggle the slide button to switch on and off SSL
- Authentication: Password
- S/MIME: Off
- Go back to the previous page and tap SMTP.
- Go to the Outgoing Primary Server.
- Fill in the following information:
- Server: On
- Host Name: smtp.ipower.com
- User Name: Your full email address
- Password: Your email account password
- Use SSL: Off
- Authentication: Password
- Server Port: 587
- On the top right corner, hit Done.
- Go back to the email account settings page and tap Done.
- Select Continue if you get a message stating that the server identity could not be verified.
- The email setup for your Apple Device is now complete. You can view your messages through your device’s Mail app.
Setup Android device to access IPower E-Mail Account
- Open the Mail app on your phone.
- Tap the ‘Other’ option.
- Enter the email address you wish to configure. In this example, the email address is test@example.com.
- Tap on the Manual Setup button.
- Choose POP or IMAP. IMAP synchronizes the email on your computer with the contents of your account on the server, while POP simply downloads the inbox. To know more about its comparison, please click here.
- Type in your email password.
- Enter the following ‘Incoming’ server settings:
- POP
- Username – Your full email address
- Password – Your email address password
- SERVER – pop.ipower.com
- IMAP
- Username – Your full email address
- Password – Your email address password
- SERVER – imap.ipower.com
- POP
- Click the NEXT button.
- Enter the following ‘Outgoing’ server settings:
- Username – Your full email address
- Authentication – Your email password
- SMTP server – smtp.ipower.com
- Click the NEXT button.
- Choose your desired settings.
- Tap the NEXT button.
- Fill in the following two options:
- Give this account a name (Optional) – You may leave this as your email address
- Your name (Displayed on outgoing messages) – You can change this to your actual name if you like
- Tap the NEXT button to complete the email setup.
