What is Lizzy Webmail?
Lizzy Webmail allows you to access your email from anywhere. When logging on to webmail just use the part of your email address prior. Webmail are web-based email accounts.
These are usually free email accounts that are operated from a website. If logging on from a public computer, remember to log off and close the web browser when you are finished.
What is Lizzy Webmail Lite?
Webmail Lite can provide you with quick and easy access to your webmail when you are remote. This webmail Lite only shows you your inbox and does not save sent emails.
Webmail Lite is particularly useful for checking of your “Spam Box”, which if you have asked to enable server based spam filtering, you can access by logging in with Webmail Lite with your email username plus -spam on the end.
Lizzy Webmail Login
You must have a username and password if you want to login to Lizzy Webmail.
- First Open this webpage link.
- Enter your username and password.
- And choose the language you like and like.
- Last click on the “Login” button.

If you receive an email asking to login or asking for your passwords, delete it or forward it to support@zy.com.au.
Add email on Lizzy account
To add your email address, and you will be asked to login, so you know which account to add the new address to.
- If you haven’t logged in yet, a box asking for your username and password will pop up.
- This is the same username and password that you use to login to your internet connection.
- Type them then click OK.
- You will then see the Add Email page, where you can add your new emails.
- If you are already logged in you will not see the pop-up box, you can go directly to the Add Email page.
Setting up email on Lizzy Webmail
IMAP and SMTP
- Your Name: Enter your name as you would like it to appear.
- Account Type: IMAP.
- Incoming Server: imap.lizzy.com.au.
- Encryption (SSL): Optional.
- Authentication: Password.
- Username: First part of email address before the @.
- Password: Your password.
- Outgoing Server: smtp.lizzy.com.au.
- Outgoing Port: 587.
- Username: First part of email address before the @.
- Password: Your password.
- Outgoing server requires authentication: Yes.
POP and SMTP
- Your Name: Enter your name as you would like it to appear.
- Account Type: POP.
- Incoming Server: pop.lizzy.com.au.
- Encryption (SSL): Optional.
- Authentication: Password.
- Username: First part of email address before the @.
- Password: Your password.
- Outgoing Server: smtp.lizzy.com.au.
- Outgoing Port: 587.
- Username: First part of email address before the @.
- Password: Your password.
- Outgoing server requires authentication: Yes.
How to Add a New Employee in Lizzy webmail?
Step 1
- Locate the employee by going to Contacts > Locate Contact.
- They first want to enter their information in the locate screen, to ensure that they aren’t already in the database.
- Enter in their first & last names (Note: Lizzy has a real-time search, so as you type, Lizzy will be narrowing down the search results based on what you enter).
- You can skip entering the entire name if you see the correct contact record appear.
- If the employee already has a contact record.
- Click the ‘add contact’ button.
Step 2
- Enter any information not already filled in, such as your business name (entering the business name helps later when searching for employees) and the employee’s email address.
- When entering the email address, you may wish to uncheck Mass Email to avoid sending marketing/sales emails to your employee when you send them to customers.
- You can enter any other information that you have for them now (phone number, address, etc) or you may go back and enter it later once you have it.
- Click on the ‘save’ once done.
Step 3
- Click on the pencil next to Contact Type.
- Check that they are an Employee (If they are not also a customer, you can uncheck that option).
- Once you select that they are an Employee, a box will open with some other options.
- Here you can set them as a Primary Tech or a Secondary Tech if they are a mechanic.
- If they are a salesperson, check the Sales List option instead.
- Last click on save when done.
Step 4
- You will also need to assign the employee a security role and set them to login.
- To do this, go to Additional Phone Numbers / Contacts and click on the pencil next to the employee’s name.
- Select the security role from the drop down list that you are assigning to the employee.
- Then check Allow Login and Save.
- Lizzy will then email a password to the employee (at the email address you entered for them).
- The password is case sensitive (it will be in all caps).
Step 5
- Once the new employee gets their password via email, they can login.
- Their login is automatically set to be the email address you entered for them in Step 2.
- They can change their password and login info under Settings > Security > My Profile.
- They can also put in a secret question and answer in case they forget their new password.
- The Alternate Login name must be at least 3 characters and unique.
- The password must be at least 5 characters (it can be all letters, numbers, symbols or a combination of all of them).
- Finelly, Save when done.
How to setup Lizzy webmail on Androiad phone?
Generally, Android devices use the Gmail application as the default service for email, so we’ll use Gmail to show you how to set up your email. Now, follow the instructions below:
- In the top right corner of your Gmail app, click on your account. There will be a new prompt open.
- Choose the Add another account option.
- On the your next page open and choose Other option.
- Once you’ve entered your email, don’t hit the Next button just yet.
- Instead, select Manual Setup.
- Now, you will have to choose which protocol you want to use to get your mail – POP3, IMAP, or Exchange.
- To have better synchronization from multiple devices, it’s better to choose the IMAP option.
- Fill in the password for your email address and hit Next.
- Now it’s time to configure your Incoming server settings. You must specify your IMAP Server.
- This information will also be on the Email Accounts page of your cPanel.
- Sometimes, when you are using another hosting provider or connecting your account to a different email client, you may be asked to enter a ports number.
- In that case, here’s what you should use when using Hostinger services.
– POP3 Port (Secured): 995
– IMAP Port (Secured): 993
– SMTP Port (Secured): 587 - However, you should be able to look for the drop-down menu -> Security type and select SSL/TLS.
- On the Outgoing Server Settings, enter your SMTP Server.
- Then click Next button.
- Now you can setup your Sync frequency: and check any additional settings you would like to use.
- Then tap Next button.
- Lastly, type in your Account name (optional) and Your name – or any name that you would like to use – so you can filter out messages from your personal account.
