What Do If Have Trouble Log in?
If you’re having difficulty logging in , you might just need to clear your cache and cookies from your Internet browser. You need help doing this, go to your browser’s service page.
If you can’t log in as you forgot the email address or forgot your password connected with your accounts.
You can recover access with these steps:
- Go to the Log In page to use some of the aforementioned provided link.
- Click Forgot Password/ Having trouble logging in?
- Input the email address with which you’ve registered your accounts.
- Click Next.
- If the email address you entered is recognised, you will receive a password reset email to change your password.
- Check your email inbox for changing the password.
- Try logging in again using the new password.

- If you forgot your username, use the Forgot Username?

- The Recover Username alternative will send your username to the contact email address on file to your login.
- Check your email inbox for getting your username.
- Log in again using this username.

Set up Google App on Mobile Device!
- Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendar > Add account (For General, Mail, Contact, and Calendar).
- Select Google from the Add Account list (For iCloud, Exchange, Google Yahoo!, Aol, Outlook.com, and Other).
- Enter your account details in the format specified below:
– Email: your full Monash email address.
– Password: your Monash Authcate password. - Select Sign in.
- There may be a second screen requesting you to’Sign in with your Monash email address’.
- Enter your email addressb and password.
- Select whether you would like to synchronise your email, primary calendar, contacts and notes (Mail, Contacts, Calender, and Notes Other).
- Last Click Tap Save button.
Sync Device with Multiple Google Calendars
If you use multiple Google calendars, follow the instructions below to sync the Extra calendars into your device:
- Visit the following page in the browser on your mobile device:
– Staff: here webpage.
– Students: here link. - Login with your Monash authcate username and password.
- Select the calendars that you need to sync, then click Save.
- The chosen calendars will be displayed in your device the next time you sync.
How Do Monash Health Remote Access?
- Goto this link.
- Enter your Monash Health Username and Password and click log on.
– This is the same details as use to log into computers at Monash Health. For example: – Username and Password. - A SMS paascode will be sent to the mobile phone number thet has been registered with your account for remote access use.
– Please enter the SMS pass-code in the field provided and click on submit.
Note: Note: All Monash Health based computers should already have the Citrix Client install on it. - Select the checkbox and click on Download.
– When prompted select Run.
– Select Run again when motivated and this may install the Citrix client. - Once the Citrix Client has been installed you will be presented with two options. To view applications that you have access to, then click on Programs. – This will show you the applications that you have access to.
– To have the ability to look at network drives (for instance, G:, H:, R: etc), click on File Transfer (refer below for additional information ).
– The run an application, simply click on one of the icons displayed. And a message will show showing that it is launching the program and the application will launch.
– To log out of Citrix, Simply click the down arrow at the top right hand side of the main Citrix page and select Log Off.
How To Access Network Drive in Webmail?
- To be able to access network drives (for instance, G:, H: R: etc), when logging into the webmail.
- Citrix Remote access portal, click on File Transfer.
- You will then be presented with the following display.
- Click on the network drive beneath Enterprise File Shares.
– You will then see the Windows Explorer interface where you can browse the documents on the network drive you selected.
– Ensure you have expanded the tree structure on the left hand side so. - To start a file,browse into the document and simply double click the icon, or highlight the file and click Download.
- If you make any changes to the file, you will need to upload the file back to the fileserver.
