What is MYOB Webmail?
MYOB Webmail is an university or college email system that can be accessed via any web browser when connected to the internet service. MYOB Webmail allows the users to access their emails as long as they have access to an Internet connection and a web browser.
As with any web application, email’s main advantage over the use of a desktop email client is the ability to send and receive email anywhere. MYOB all emails server, calendar services, and contacts are hosted on the email service provider’s online servers.
MYOB Webmail Login
To login to MYOB Webmail you need to enter your email account address and password, so keep it with you and login to MYOB Webmail through the steps given below.
- First open this webpage link my.myob.com.au.
- After opening the site, click on the button of ‘Sign in’ appearing on the right side of it.
- Then enter your email account address or password in the field.
- If you want to see your password you can use ‘Show’ and ‘Hide’ option.
- Last click on the ‘Sign up‘ button.

How to MYOB Webmail Server Settings?
MYOB Webmail Webmail that customers who have been brought across to myob will need to log in to MYOB Webmail Account with their password and full email address, including the @myob.com.au domain.
- Username: Your username (without @myob.com.au)
- Password: Your password
- POP3/IMAP (Incoming) mail server: mail.myob.com.au
- POP3 Port Number: 110
- IMAP Port Number: 143
- SMTP (Outgoing) mail server: mail.myob.com.au
- SMTP Port Number: 25
How to Change login MYOB email address?
Every user can view and edit their own user details. Administrators can also change the access level (standard user or administrator) for any user. For more information about user access levels, see Users.
To change your MYOB Essentials login email address
- First Sign in to my.myob with your current email address and password (Australia | New Zealand).
- Go to the My Account menu at the top of the screen and choose Change Login.
- Update your login.
If you don’t see ‘My Account’ or ‘Change Login’
- An MYOB Essentials administrator will need to create a new user and specify the new email address.
- An invitation will then be sent to the new email address.
- Once the new login has been set up, the old user can be deleted as described above.
Set up using the Preferences window on MYOB Email
- Go to the Setup menu, choose Preferences and then click the Emailing tab.
- Select the Send Emails Using AccountRight option.
- Enter your name or business name in the From Name field. This is the name that will appear in the recipient’s inbox.
- Enter the address where replies to your emails should be sent to.
- Choose how you want to email invoices to your customers.
- You can choose to just include a link to the online invoice or also attach a PDF of the invoice.
- If you want to track if and when your customers view their online invoice, you should choose to send invoice emails with just the link.
- Otherwise they might choose not to view the online invoice and just open the PDF.
- If you’d like to customise the default subject and message in your emails, click Email Defaults.
- To give your customers the ability to pay you online, using Visa and Mastercard, click Get set up and complete the simple setup steps online.

To set up your Send via email window via the Mail Merge Wizard
- First Open Your Outlook.
- In the toolbar, click Contacts.
- Click the checkbox for a client which has an email address displayed.
- On the Tasks bar, click Mail Merge Wizard.
- Click the checkbox for a client who has an email address displayed in either the Email or Is Invoice Email column.
- Select Email as the mail merge method.
- Click Next.
- Select an email template, or to create an email template, click Add new email template.
- Click Next.
- In the Email account to be sent from section, the Email account column is blank the first time you come into this screen.
- To select the email account, click the Email account drop-down. A separate email can be assigned for each company in the list.
- Emails in this list are retrieved from your Microsoft Outlook profile.
- You can use the Configure a shared or Delegate mailbox to configure your mailbox settings.
- To continue with the mail merge, click Next, make your selections and click Finish.
- If you’re not ready to proceed with the email process, click Cancel.
Configure a shared or delegate mailbox on MYOB Webmail
The selected email address is validated against your MYOB email profile. For example, if you have selected to send bills or documents from the Company email address, but your email profile has not been given access to that email address.
- In Shared mailbox/On behalf of, enter the name of a shared mailbox or delegate email address.
- Click the Send using drop-down and select the authorised email address.
- Click OK, the entry is saved.
- Then click the Email account drop-down and select the shared mailbox.
- To check if your email account is authorised, press in Outlook.
- To use a secondary Microsoft Outlook profile.
- If the correct email address isn’t showing in the Email details window, you can add a secondary profile.
- In the Email details window, click Back.
- Close and reopen Microsoft Outlook.
- Select the Outlook profile with the email address you want to send from.
- In the Mail Merge wizard, click Next.
- Select an email from the Email account drop-down.
- Clicking Finish, you’ll see a message showing the number of invoices or documents sent and not sent.
How To Send Emailing bills on MYOB Webmail?
Instead of printing out and posting bills to your clients, you can MYOB email them individually or in bulk from the Bills Ready to Print screen.
To setup your Send via email screen
Once Outlook is open, you can setup your Send via email screen. In the Email account to be sent from section:
- You can scroll through the Company column to see the list of companies assigned to the contacts you have selected.
- The Email account column is blank the first time you come into this screen.
- Click the Email account drop-down to select the email account, delegate account, or shared document used for sending emails.
- A separate email can be assigned for each company in the list.
- Emails in this list are retrieved from your Microsoft Outlook profile.
- They’ll remember the most recent email you selected.
- Click Configure a shared or Delegate mailbox to configure your mailbox settings.
For enter your mailbox details
- Type the name of a shared mailbox or delegate email address in Shared mailbox/On behalf of.
- Select the authorised email address from the Send using drop-down.
- Click OK to save the entry.
- You can now select the shared mailbox from the Email account drop down.
- To check if your email account is authorised, press in Outlook for detailed information.
To use a secondary Microsoft Outlook profile
- Click Back.
- Close and reopen Microsoft Outlook.
- Select the Outlook profile containing the email address you wish to send from.
- In the Mail Merge wizard, click Next.
- Select an email from the Email account drop-down.
After clicking Finish, the emailing process is complete and you’ll see a message showing the number of invoices sent and not sent.
