- From the menu options, click on Hosting > Email.

Option 3: Custom Subdomain (Advanced)
- Log in to your webmail using one of the choices listed above.
- Select a webmail client to access your mail. You may read more about our webmail clients in another section.
- Copy the complete URL from your address bar.
- Go back to your control panel and click on Domains > Subdomains from the home menu.
- Under Create a Subdomain, type a name to your new subdomain, such as”my email”.
- Warning: Do NOT use”email” as your own subdomain since it’s already in use and will lead to conflicts.
- Select your domain in the drop-down menu, then click Create.
- Consignor the main menu start a Domain > Redirect.
- Under Add Redirect, choose your new sub domain from the drop-down menu.
- Paste your webmail URL to the Redirects To field.
- Save by clicking the Add This Redirect button.

- Visit preferences > Your Netspace account > Advanced and input the following details beneath incoming settings.
– Use SSL: None
– Authentication: Password
– Server Port: 110 - Enter the following details under outgoing settings.
– Use SSL: None
– Authentication: Password
– Server Port: 25

Free Business webmail Service
With Netspace every domain includes one free Small Business E-mail Assistance, However for the service to get activated you need to make the following thing at a note:
- You must activate FREE DNS Management service.
- You also have to trigger completely free E-mail forwarding support.
– Login to www.netspace.net.au
– Next, Click on Domain Name
– Click on Add on button on left side and activate e-mail forwarding
– Activate e-mail forwarding - Go to Name server tab and change name server.
- And Click on save.
- Click on manage mail hosting and then you will begin to see a connection for create email accounts.
Setup Netspace Email Account on Android Phone
- Step 1
Start by choosing the Mail icon in your applications screen.
– Enter the email address and email password
– Choose Manual Setup - Step 2
Choose POP (POP3 Account, IMAP Account, Microsoft Exchange Active sync). - Step 3
If you have chooses POP make sure to enter the below settings and click Next.
– POP Server: mail.netspace.net.au
– Security: type is None
– Port: 110 for POP
– Safe Port: 993 and Security Type: SSL/TLS (Accept all certificates)
– Unsafe – Port 110 & Safeguard Type: None accept for the all certificates - Step 4
Enter the below outgoing SMTP Settings for web.
Click Select Next.
– SMTP Server: mail.iinet.net.au
– Security type is None
– Port is 25 for outgoing SMTP - Step 5
Select Done.
Congratulations! You’re all done here and ready to use your email accounts on your Android phone.
Setup Netspace Email account on Apple iPhone
- Step 1
Select the Settings icon on your home screen. - Step 2
Select Mail. - Step 3
Choose Accounts. - Step 4
Select Add Account. - Step 5
Select Other option from the menu (iClould, Exchange, Google, Yahoo!, Aol, Outlook.com, Other). - Step 6
Select Add Mail Account. - Step 7
Enter your Name, Email & Password and then click Next. - Step 8
Select POP . Scroll down to Incoming Mail Server. - Step 9
