- In the side navigation menu to the left of your screen, open the Email & Office tab.
- Click Manage alongside the domain you wish to add an address for.
- Click the Create button.
To create a standard cPanel email account:
- From the side navigation menu to the left of the display, click on the Advanced tab.
- Click on the Mail Accounts icon from within the Email section.
- Click the Create button.
Once you have the create email screen open:
- From the Email: text box type the User you’d like to create an email address for.
- From the Password: text box type the Password you would like this User to get.

- In the Password (Again): text box type the Same Password that you used above to affirm that they are exactly the same. When the passwords don’t match please carefully retype the password into both boxes .
- The Mailbox quota (optional): text box can be used to define the amount of your overall hosting storage that will be allocated to that particular email account. The default which needs to be recorded is 250 MB. You can increase or decrease this amount as you need.
- When the sender, Password, and Quota are all accurate; simply click on the Create Account” button.
Accessing User Bluehost Account in Gmail?
- Login to your Gmail Account.
- At the upper left hand corner, open the Settings cog and select Settings.
- Click your Accounts.
- Locate the’Check email from other reports’ setting and click Add a email account.
- Enter your Email address.
- Click the Next button.
- Enter your full email address as the Username.
- Issue Password for your email account.
- Enter the POP Server. This will change depending on if you choose to utilize the Always use a secure connection (SSL) option.
– Without SSL: This will become your domain name preceded by”mail.”
– With SSL: This will be your servers host name. Also make sure the port has been changed to 995. If you don’t know your servers host name, go to your cpanel. On the left side you will notice a section called stats. Click on the expand stats link if it’s present. The host name will be shown in the list of stats. - Choose any additional options you may want.
- Click the Add Account button.
