How to Find the Pecnet Webmail Interface?
You can find the Pecnet webmail interface in the following ways:
1. Inbox
In the left column you can find the main folder of your email account: messages sent and received. You In the same column under footer, are access to folder settings and Quota of your email account.
In the right part, you can easily view all the emails and see the following information:
- The sender.
- Subject.
- The read or unread message status.
- Any flags made to the message.
- The size of each email.
- The presence of attachments (column with paperclip far right).
By default, some columns do not appear. This is the case of the priorities assigned to e-mails. To change this, you must change the display with the option shown below.
2. Display options and sorting
To access this option, click on the gear icon on the top left side of the main frame of your e-mails, to the left of Subject as shown.
- Add Columns to display (priority mails, etc.).
- Select the column on which the sort will be done by default.
- Select the sort order (ascending or descending).
- Once you have made your selections, confirm by clicking “Save”.
3. Email options
For each message you can:
- Reply: allows you to reply directly to the sender.
- Reply to all: allows you to directly respond to all emails on the “To” and “Copy”.
- Forward: allows you to transfer the selected email(s) of your choice.
- Delete: allows you to send the selected email(s) to the “Trash”.
- Junk: you can also choose to drag the selected email(s) to the Junk folder on the left column.
- Mark: allows you to do the following.
– As read or unread
– As flagged or unflagged - More: allows you to do the following.
– Print this message: opens the message in a new window and offers printing
– Download: allows you to download to your computer e-mail format.eml
– Edit as new: allows you to edit an email preserving its original layout
– View source: displays the full source of the message. Very useful when you are asked for headers
– Open in a new window: allows you to open the message in a new window (useful for viewing / open multiple messages at a time)
4. New message
- To write a new message, click Compose.
5. Options
- Click on “Send” to send an email.
- You click on “Save” to save an email.
- Click on “Attach” to insert attachment(s).
- You can search for a contact on “Contacts” and select which field would you like to add it to by clicking “To +”, “Cc +”, “BCC +” on the bottom.
- To insert a signature in HTML, simply select the Editor Type: HTML.
6. Using the Address Book
- You can import or export your address book by clicking the “Import” or “Export” on the top left.
- To add or delete a contact, click the “+” or “bin” at the bottom of Contacts.
- To add a user to a group, simply pull the selected user(s) over to the group which you have created under “Groups”.
- Remove a user from the group, select the user and click “-“ under Contacts.
- To add a group, click the “+”.
- To rename or delete a group, simply click on the “gear” at the bottom of Groups.

Setting – Preferences
- User Interface
You can change various elements such as language, date and time formats and the theme of the interface. - Mailbox view
You can change the number of emails displayed in the interface. You can also choose not to display the preview email interface and display only when double click or in a new window. - Displaying Messages
You can choose to display (HTML or not, remote images, the character encoding) in your emails. - Composing Messages
You can choose elements related to writing your e-mails, such as the format of writing, receipt, distribution, the font, etc. - Address Book
You can choose the address book to use by default (if you have created more than one) as well as options sort and display the contacts. - Special Folders
You can set where to place emails to be considered Drafts, Sent Items, Junk and emails that go to Trash. - Server Settings
You can set the deletion of emails on the server (from the Webmail).
Setting – Folders
- To create a custom folder and keep messages separate, click the “+”.
- To proceed with the removal, select your folder and click the gear at the bottom of page. You can either: delete the folder or empty the folder.
- You can also see storage space usage (in percentage).
Identities Setting
This interface allows you to create one or more identity and/or Signature in text or HTML format.
- Default: you have created one or more identities (signatures) and wish it the default for your emails.
- Signature: You want to customize the footer of your emails (name, position held, phrases, images).
- You can create additional identities and/or signatures by clicking the “+”.
- To delete, select the selected identity and click the “bin”.
Setting – Responses
This interface allows you to create saved or prepared responses for the purpose of replying or sending standard emails.
- Click the “+” under Responses to add a new response.
- Click the “bin” icon to delete a saved response.
- On the right pane, key in the name and enter your response text and finish with clicking “Save”.
- Below picture shows you another location where you can find the same option for inserting and editing a response.
Filters – Setting
This interface allows you to set up email forwarding.
Filter sets
- Gives you the option to create different sets of filter for different purposes.
- Click the “+” icon on the bottom to create a new set of filter.
- Click the “gear” icon to enable, disable, delete or download your filter sets.

Setting – Vacation
This interface allows you to set a vacation (Out-of-Office) message.
- Fill in the subject of your message in the Subject.
- Then fill in your desired message in the Body.
- After which set the starting, ending date and time.
- And click the “Save”.
- To set up other options, click on Advanced settings like the picture shown below and set them accordingly.
Password – Setting
- Enter your Old Password.
- Then allows you to change your password.
- Enter your New Password.
- And click”Save” and your new password will take effect instantly.
How to Pacnet Mail Admin Login?
You need to have your username and password to login to this admin interface, then allow the mail forwarding option to be set. You can login to the admin interface by following these steps:
- Login or Open mailadmin.pacific.net.sg link.
- You can use or enter your email address and email password to login.
- Last click on the ‘Login’ button.
Settings – Forwarding
- Click on Forwarding > Tick “Enable mail forwarding”.
- If you need to save a copy, please tick “Save a copy in mailbox”.
- Enter the forwarding email address in the field.
- Follow by “Save changes”.
Pacnet Internet webmail Incoming & Outgoing Settings
IMAP (Incoming)
- Server: imap.pacific.net or mail.pacific.net.
- Port: 993 (TLS/SSL enabled) or 143 (STARTTLS enabled).
- Username: user@pacific.net.
- Password: Email address password.
POP3 (Incoming)
- Server: pop3.pacific.net or mail.pacific.net.
- Port: 995 (TLS/SSL enabled) or 110 (STARTTLS enabled).
- Username: user@pacific.net.
- Password: Email address password.
SMTP (Outgoing)
- Server: smtp.pacific.net and Do not use mail.pacific.net!.
- Port: 587 (STARTTLS enabled).
- Username: user@pacific.net.
- Password: Email address password.
Notice: Authentication is always required, Usernames are case-sensitive and should be lowercase.
