- Server Type: POP3 / POP.
- Incoming Server: mail.skymesh.com.au.
- Port Number: 995.
- Incoming SSL: On.
Outgoing email settings:
- Outgoing Server: mail.skymesh.com.au.
- Exodus SSL: On.
- Port Number: 465.
- Outgoing Authentication: None.
Note: If you are using a mobile phone, or currently traveling, you may have to use the outgoing mail server settings of your current service provider.
Set up SkyMesh email in Android Email Account!
If you want to set up Skymesh Email in Android Email, you can set up an email by following the steps below.
- Open Android Email and click the Menu button in the top right corner (select email provider, microsoft exchange or other).
- Once the menu appears, select “Options” then click “Account Settings. (other email in email address and password).
- Click the Account Actions drop-down in the bottom left corner, then click “Add Mail Account”. (select account type, IMAP4 or POP3).
- Then click on the NEXT button.
- Enter your name as you it to be displayed in the “Your name” field.
- Issue your full email address in the “Email address” field.
- Enter the password for your email account in the “Password” field.
- Then, Click Continue button.
IMPORTANT: Android Mail will automatically attempt to detect your email preferences. Skip it by clicking on the”Manual Configure” button which appears in the bottom of the display.
- For the Incoming Server.
– Server Type: POP3
– Hostname: mail.skymesh.com.au
– Port: 995
– SSL: SSL/TLS
– Authentication: Autodetect - For the Outgoing Server.
– Hostname: mail.skymesh.net.au
– Port: 587
– SSL: SSL/TLS
– Authentication: Autodetect - Finally, enter your full email address eg. username@skymesh.com.au in both the Incoming and Outgoing Username fields.

Set up Skymesh Email in Outlook 2010

– Your Name: Username

Choose your Mail. (example mail, contact, calender, notes, reminders, phone, message, facetime, map, compass, safari, news). - Step 3

Select other option. (exchange, google, yahoo!, AOL, outlook.com). - Step 5
Choose Add mail account. - Step 6
Select POP Setting. (IMAP and POP). - Step 7
Then please enter the following details:
– Email: Your SkyMesh email address e.g. johnsmith@skymesh.com.au
– Description: SkyMesh or your email address
– Incoming Host Name: mail.skymesh.com.au
– Username: Your full SkyMesh email address
– Incoming Password: Your SkyMesh email address password
– Outgoing Hostname: mail.skymesh.com.au
– Username: Leave this blank
– Outgoing Password: Leave this blank - Step 8
Select yes to setting up the account without SSL. (Yes or No option). - Step 9
Once you have entered all the details, please press save key. - Step 10
In case you receive the box saying that the accounts might not have the capability to send/receive email, then affirm you have entered your information correctly. If you have, then click Save option.

Open Mac Mail that is situated under Mail from the Programs folder. - Step 2
Click the mail that appears at the top of this screen and select it. - Step 3
Click on the Accounts tab at the Peak of the preferences display. - Step 4
Click the + symbol in the bottom left-hand corner of this page. - Step 5
The very first page of the new accounts wizard will begin, input the following:
– Full Name: Username
– Email address: Full SkyMesh email address
– Password: Your SkyMesh password - Step 6
Click ‘Continue,’ and fill in the following details on the next page:
– Account type: POP3 / POP
– Description: SkyMesh Mail
– Incoming mail service: mail.skymesh.com.au
– Username: Full SkyMesh email address - Step 7
Click Continue, and Mail will attempt to join your accounts. This can take a while, but if eventually complete. - Step 8
For Your Outgoing Mail Server configuration input the following information:
– Description: SkyMesh Mail
– Outgoing Mail Server: mail.skymesh.com.au
– Tick the box that reads Use only this server
– Make sure the box which reads Use is unticked - Step 9
Click Continue, and Mail will attempt to join the accounts. This will also take some time. Once it has finished, ensure the box which reads’Use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is unticked. Additionally, check to make sure that Authentication is set to none. - Step 10
Click Continue, and check the box which reads Take account on the internet, then click Generate. - Step 11
Close to the Mail preferences window, and click on’Get Mail’ to affirm that you’re ready to get mail.
Set up email for Mozilla Thunderbird

– Make sure the username is right (Complete SkyMesh email address)
– Incoming server: mail.skymesh.com.au, POP: 995, SSL/TLS: Normal password
– Outgoing server: mail.skymesh.com.au, SMTP: 465, SSL/TLS: No authentication
– Click Re-test settings on the right-hand side of the page - You will be taken back to the Account Settings page.
