Snapfrozen Webmail Login
To login to Snapfrozen Webmail you need to enter your email account address and password, so keep it with you and login to Snapfrozen Webmail through the steps given below.
- First open this Snapfrozen Webmail link.
- Enter your Email Address or Password in the field.
- Tick on ‘Remember Me’ option.
- Click on the ‘Login’ button.
How to Change Snapfrozen Webmail Account Password?
- Go To snapfrozen.com.au link.
- Click on the client login and login with Snapfrozen contact email address and password in the field.
- If you have lost your password, you can retrieve it with the lost password function.
- In Your Active Products/ Services click on the domain name the email account is associated with.
- Click Email Accounts.
- Click Change Password to bring up password fields.
- Enter new password or use the password generator.
- Click change password.
How to set up Snapfrozen email on Android mobile phone?
- Click on the apps button > Email.
- If this is the first time you add an email account in Mail tap Other POP3/IMAP servers.
- If you’ve already added an email account in Mail press/tap the Menu button then tap More > New account.
- Choose a mail provider screen is displayed, tap Other POP3/IMAP servers.
- Enter your full email address and password > Manual setup.
- On the ‘Incoming settings’ screen ensure the following settings are correct:
– Protocol: POP or IMAP servers, Most users select POP server.
– Email address: your full email address yourname@yourdomain.com.au.
– Username: your full email address.
– Password: your email password as set up in cPanel.
– POP server (or IMAP server if you’ve selected IMAP protocol): mail.yourdomain.com.au.
– Security type: none.
– Server port: 110. - Click next.
- On the ‘Outgoing server settings’ screen, ensure the following settings are correct:
– Check Login required box.
– Username: your full email address.
– Password: your email password as set up in cPanel.
– SMTP server: mail.yourdomain.com.au.
– Security type: none.
– Server port: 26. - Click Next.
- On the ‘New Account’ screen enter the following details:
– Account name: a name for this email account for your own reference; this can be your full email address.
– Your name: The name you want to appear in the ‘from’ field of your outgoing emails. - Tick the checkbox if you wish to make this your default mail account for your android device.
- Click ‘Finish’ button.
Setup Snapfrozen Webmail on Apple iPhone, iPad or iPod
- Click on the Home button and select Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
- Under Accounts, select Add Account.
- Select Other option.
- Enter your name which will show in the from field, and your full email address.
- Enter your email password and description, they recommend the full email address as your description.
- Click Save button.
- Select IMAP or POP servers, Most users will select POP server.
- Under Incoming Mail Server, enter mail.yourdomain.com.au as the Host Name, where yourdomain.com.au is your actual domain name.
- Enter the full email address as your User Name.
- Issue your email password and then scroll down.
- Enter the same information under Outgoing Mail Server, including your email address and password.
- Click Save.
How to Setup Snapfrozen Email on Apple Mail?
- Open Mail > choose Add Account from File menu.
- If this is the first time you’ve used apple Mail, you’ll be automatically prompted to add an account.
- Enter your full name, full email address, eg. yourname@yourdomain.com.au and password as set up in cPanel.
- Deselect Automatically set up account if it is enabled > Continue.
- Select IMAP or POP servers, they recommended IMAP server.
- Choose a description, they recommend using your full email address.
- For Incoming Mail Server, enter mail.yourdomain.com.au.
- Enter your full email address as your User name.
- Enter your email password as set up in cPanel >Continue.
- If prompted, enter your Incoming Mail Security settings > Continue.
- For Outgoing Mail Server, enter the same information.
- Select Use Authentication and enter your User Name and Password > Continue.
- If prompted, enter your Outgoing Mail Security settings > Continue.
- Verify your settings in the Account Summary > Take account online > Create.
How to set up Snapfrozen mail account on Outlook?
Outlook 2010
- Open Outlook 2010, press File, and then click Information.
- Then Add Account.
- Click manually configure server settings, then press next and next again.
- Now you can start filling out the required information.
- Click the More settings button.
- Within the Outgoing Server tab, ensure that the following boxes are checked.
– My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
– Use same settings as incoming mail server. - Click on the Advanced tab and change the SMTP Port from number 25 to 26.
- Click Test Account Settings, a new window should pop up with green ticks if you have successfully set up your account.
- Close that window and press next.
- Click ‘Finish’ button.
Outlook 2007
- Open Outlook, click on Tools, Account Settings, New, Next.
- Check Manually configure POP or SMTP server, and click Next, click Next again.
- Enter the following settings:
– Your name: Your full name.
– Your email address: your full email address.
– Account Type: POP3.
– Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomain.com.au.
– Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com.au.
– User Name: your full email address (yourname@yourdomain.com.au).
– Password: your email password as setup within cPanel. - Click on the More Settings button.
- Within the Outgoing Server tab, ensure that the following boxes are checked:
– My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
– Use same settings as my incoming mail server. - Click on the Advanced tab and change the SMTP Port number from 25 to 26.
- Click OK, then Next to complete the Wizard.
Create an auto responder (out of office message) in Snapfrozen email
Auto responders, automatically reply to messages with a message you create. These are usually used when you are on holiday or out of the office for a day or more.
To create an auto responder
- Login to the Snapfrozen Client area and click on cPanel next to the domain you want the auto responder for.
- Within the Mail section of cPanel, click on Autoresponders.
- In the blank box marked email, enter the name of the account to which you are adding the AutoResponder.
- If you have more than one domain, such as a parked domain, make sure you are setting up the auto responder in the correct domain.
- On the from line, enter the name you would like to have appear on the auto message email.
- The subject line is the subject of the auto response email, you may enter a subject or just leave the default setting.
- The next option is character set, which should be left at default, or possibly choose ASCII for most normal purposes.
- By default, the message will be in plain text.
- You have the option of sending it in HTML by checking the box marked This message contains HTML.
- Enter the text of your auto response in the body box, and when you are done click on the create/modify button.
How to Setup Snapfrozen G Suite Email on Android Device?
- Click on the Settings and then press Accounts.
- Click on the ‘Add account’ and then Google to add your G Suite account.
- Select Existing and enter your full G Suite email account address as your username, and enter the password that matches the account.
- Click ‘OK’ to agree to the Terms of Service.
- The device signs in to your domain, and this process may take a few minutes.
- You may be presented with additional steps giving you the option to join Google+, opt in to Google Play communications or set up a credit card to purchase Google Play media.
- You can choose to set these up or tap Not now.
- After completing these steps, and you should see Account sign-in successful.
- You can choose which services you want to sync to the device.
- You can choose when to synchronise apps and data between your organisation’s domain and your device.
- On your device, go to Settings and then Google and then tap your account.
- If a service you’ve selected isn’t syncing, check with your administrator to make sure that this service has been enabled for your domain.
Configure Snapfrozen email account in Entourage for Mac
- Go to Entourage, Account Settings.
- And click on the New Mail option.
- Select ‘Account type’ as POP server, and click OK button.
- Enter ‘Account name’, ‘Name’, ‘Email address’ in the field.
- Enter ‘Account ID’ with your full email address.
- Choose ‘POP server’ as mail.yourdomain.com.au.
- Enter ‘Password’ as your email password in the field.
- Enter ‘SMTP server’ as mail.yourdomain.com.au.
- Click on ‘Click here for advanced sending options’.
- If your internet is with Optus or Telstra, tick on ‘Override default SMTP port’ and set to 26.
- Tick ‘SMTP server required authentication’.
- Select ‘Use same settings as receiving mail server’.
- In ‘Domain for unqualified addresses’, type yourdomain.com.au, Enter, OK.
- Your new account will appear in the window.
