Spark Webmail Login

For Spark Webmail login you need to provide Spark username and password, you can get it from Spark first or create a username and password then you can login Spark Webmail.

• First open this webpage link.
• Enter your Username and Password in the field.
• Click on the ‘LOGIN‘ button.

How to change your Spark password?

1. Go to the Spark Hire login page.
2. Click Forgot Password?
3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
4. Click Reset Password.
5. Check your email and click the link inside the email to reset your password.
6. Create your new password.
7. Proceed to log in with your email address and new password.

Forgot Spark Webmail Password

1. Go to the Webmail sign in page
2. Select Can’t sign in
3. Type in your Xtra Mail email address, for example, joebloggs@xtra.co.nz
4. Select Next
5. The account recovery options you’ve set up will show. These could be your:
   1. Mobile number
   2. Recovery email address
   3. Security questions
6. Select the recovery option you’d like to use:

Mobile

1. You’ll be sent a four digit code via text (for mobile)
2. Type in this code in 
3. Select confirm
4. Type in a new password
5. Retype your new password
6. Select Confirm
7. Select Sign in to go to your inbox

Recovery email address

1. You’ll be sent a link via email
2. Select this link
3. Type in a new password
4. Retype your new password
5. Select Confirm
6. Select Sign in to go to your inbox

Configure Spark Webmail on Android Mail

1. Launch Spark on your Mac and click Start Using Spark.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Tick I agree to the Spark Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
4. Click Next.
5. Follow the onscreen instructions of your email provider to sign in.

Android Mail

1. Launch Spark on your smartphone. Tap Skip or Got It on the welcome screen.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Tick I agree to the Spark Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
4. Tap Next. If you use a Gmail account, you can choose Sign in with Google.
5. A login screen of your email provider will appear. Follow the onscreen instructions to sign in.

Configure Spark Webmail on iPhone Device

1. Launch Spark on your iPhone or iPad. On the welcome screen, tap Skip or Got It.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Tick I agree to the Spark Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
4. Tap Next.
5. A login screen of your email provider will appear. Follow the onscreen instructions to sign in.

How to Configure Spark Email on Mac?

1. Open the Spark Email App.
   If this is your first time opening the app, you will be prompted with a short introduction
2. Click Start Using Spark.
3. Input the email address you want to set up, then click Next.
4. The next screen will ask you for a name for the account and the password.
5. Click on Additional Settings.
6. Fill out the fields on this page:
   1. Inbox server (IMAP)
      1. Username: your email address.
      2. Password: the password for your email account.
      3. Server: locate your email server here.
      4. Port: 993
      5. Protection: SSL
   2. Outbox server (SMTP)
      1. Username: Your email address.
      2. Password: The password for your email account.
      3. Server: This should be the same as the Inbox server.
      4. Port: 465
      5. Protection: SSL
7. Click Add.
8. Spark will process to verify your account using the details provided.
9. Once the verification is complete, click Start Using Spark

How to Configure Spark Mail on Outlook Express?

1. Download and install Spark mail app on your Mac to get started. If you’re already using Spark and want to add a Outlook account to it, follow these instructions here instead.
2. Launch Spark for Mac
3. On the welcome screen, type in your Outlook email address and enable the checkmark next to the “I agree to the Spark Terms of Service and Privacy Policy” consent.
4. Press the Return/Enter key on your keyboard, or click on the blue arrow next to your email address.
5. On the next screen, enter your Outlook password and click Next. Then, click on the blue ‘Yes’ button to grant Spark access to your email account, so you can use your Outlook within Spark.

That’s it! There are no Settings to configure and no servers to specify. Just sign into your Outlook account via the Outlook Sign in page and start using Spark for Mac.

Setup Spark email account on Windows Mail

To configure Spark Mail to work with your A2 Hosting e-mail account, follow these steps:

• In the text box, type the e-mail address of the account you created in cPanel, and then click the arrow:
• The user interface displayed in these images may differ slightly from the version you have installed.
  Under IMAP/SMTP Server, in the Name text box, type the name you want to appear on messages you send from the account:
• In the Email Address text box, type the e-mail address of the account you created in cPanel.
  In the Email Password text box, type the password for the e-mail account you created in cPanel.
  Click Additional Settings:
• Under Inbox Server (IMAP), in the Username text box, type the e-mail address of the account you created in cPanel:
• In the Email Password text box, type the password for the e-mail account you created in cPanel.
  In the Server text box, type mail.example.com, where example.com represents your domain name.
  In the Port text box, type 993.
  In the Protection list box, select SSL.
  Scroll down to the Outbox Server (SMTP) section, and in the Username text box, type the e-mail address of the account you created in cPanel:
• In the Email Password text box, type the password for the e-mail account you created in cPanel.
  In the Server text box, type mail.example.com, where example.com represents your domain name.
  In the Port text box, type 465.
  In the Protection list box, select SSL.
  Click Log in. Spark Mail verifies the account configuration settings:
• Click Next, and then click Start using Spark. Spark Mail downloads any messages in the account, and the inbox appears:
