What is SWSLHD Webmail ?

WSLHD staff email can now access their South Western Sydney Local Health District Webmail (Outlook email) account from outside the workplace. All you need is an internet connection and your Outlook account login. You will use your StaffLink ID to access NSW Health Online Applications such as My Health Learning to complete eLearning modules.

WSLHD staff can now access their WSLHD Webmail (Outlook email) account from outside the workplace. All you need is an internet connection and your Outlook account login details.

• Step 1
  You can first open this webpage link wslhd.health.nsw.gov.au/webmail.
• Step 2
  Enter your Email address account or your phone number in the field.
• Step 3
  Click on the ‘Next’ button.
• Step 4
  Issue your Microsoft login password.
• Step 5
  Then click on the ‘Submit’ button.

South Western Sydney Local Health District Webmail Login Troubleshooting

• Step 1
  Go to the South Western Sydney Local Health District Webmail Login official login page via the official link below. After you click on the link, it will open in a new tab so that you can continue to see the guide and follow the troubleshooting steps if required.
• Step 2
  Simply SWSLHD email login with your login details. You will have to have been given these by SWSLHD Webmail Login, either on sign up, or by your authority of SWSLHD Webmail Login.
• Step 3
  You should now have a ‘successfully logged in’ message. Congratulations, you are now logged in successfully to South Western Sydney Local Health District Webmail Login.
• Step 4

How to Setup Office 365 Email on Mobile Devices on SWSLHD ?

• Open Outlook for Android Mobile.
• Open Outlook for android. Of not available, download Outlook from Play Store.
• Tab on Add Email Account.
• Go to Settings > Add Account > Select Exchange > Add Email Account.
• Enter Email Account Address.
• You type your full email address in the text field and Continue.
• If email provider is required you need to set up an IMAP or POP account.
• Enter your Password in the field.
• Enter your email account password and complete the Sign In.
• You may be asked to add a little description of yours and display name.
• Accept/Allow the permission to Outlook to sync your cloud services, calendars, contacts, etc.
• Congratulations you are ready to use your added account to Office 365 on android device.
• Go to accounts and Sync > Add Account > Select Exchange > Enter email Address and Password.
• Sometimes it may ask to enter the server address. If it does:
  – Type: outlook.office365.com
• Some Generic or Chinese brand android phones asks exchange server, port, and security type. If it does,
  – Type: Exchange server: outlook.office365.com
  – Port: 443
  – Security type: SSL/TSL
• The configuration to setup Office 365 Email in Apple iPhone is little different.
