Tatts Group Webmail Login

4. If you choose to reset your email via an email link, you’ll receive an email to the address registered in your account. Select the Reset My Password button in the email to proceed. 
5. You’ll be taken back to thelott.com where you will be prompted to enter your username and a new Password. 
6. Select Reset My Password. You will receive confirmation that your password has been changed. 
7. Select OK to log in to your account.  
8. You will also receive an email confirming that your password has been reset. 

How to Setup Tatts Group Webmail on iPhone Device?

Go to Settings > Accounts & Passwords:

• Open Settings on your iPhone and tap Mail.
• Tap Accounts. 
• Tap on Add Account.
• Tap on Other.
• Tap Add Mail Account.         
• Enter your account details: 
• Name: This will be visible as the sender. (Ex: Titan Test) 
• Email: The address you want to add. (Ex. newserver@titan.email) 
• Password: You use it to log in to Webmail.
• Description: A name for the account on your device. (Preferably Titan) 
• Tap Next to continue. 
• Select IMAP: 
• Tap IMAP as the account type. 

Reset your Tatts Group email password

Resetting your The Lott account password on The Lott app: 

1. On The Lott app, select Join/Login. 
2. Select Forgot your password?.  
3. Enter your username, surname and your date of birth and select Reset password.
   • If successful, a confirmation window will appear and you can select OK to proceed.  
   • We will verify that the details you have entered are correct and email you a temporary password to your registered email address. 
   • Once you have retrieved the temporary password from your emails, head back to The Lott app. We recommend copying and pasting the temporary password to ensure you enter the temporary password correctly within the next step. 
4. On The Lott app, select Join/Login and enter your username and the temporary password.
   • You will be prompted to change the password to a new one by entering the temporary password supplied via email and the new password you would like to access your account with. 
5. Select Change Password to finalise.

• To add or modify the SMTP User Authentication in GroupMail, click on Tools/Account Manager (or Manage Accounts) and click “Modify” for the sender identity you wish to change. Then, click on the “Delivery Options” tab and check the “Requires Authentication” box under your SMTP server address. Click “Setup” to make the changes.

• Then, check the “Use SMTP Authentication (outbound)” box and enter your user name and password for that mail server. Most SMTP mail servers will use the default AUTH Login, but there are other authentication types available, such as NTLM Authentication which is often used for Exchange Servers.

• Then, click OK and return to the Delivery Options screen of Account Properties.
• While you are here, it’s a good idea to also change the SMTP Domain so that it corresponds with the domain of the email address you are sending from. By default, GroupMail uses the default name for the computer that GroupMail is installed on.
• To change this, click on the “Advanced” tab at the bottom of the Delivery Options screen and check “Use Custom Name” under the SMTP Domain section of the Advanced screen. Here, add the domain of the email address you are sending from. In this example, we are sending from a @verizon.net address, so we will just put “verizon.net” here.
• Click OK
