What is TPG Webmail?
TPG Webmail is Post Office permits you to get TPG email accounts using a web browser, from any computer that has Internet link.
All email passing through the TPG Email System are scanned for email viruses, including within various archives, e.g. ZIP, RAR, CAB, etc.
TPG Webmail Login
Post Office Login
- First Open this link.
- Enter your Username and valid Password.
- And last click on the “Sign in” button.
Email Important Support:
- Access your email remotely.
- Included with all TPG Broadband plans.
- Supports IMAP and POP3.
My Account Login
- First Open this webpage.
- Enter your Username or Customer ID or Mobile No or Home No.
- Then, Issue your valid password.
- And click on the “Login” button.
How to Set up TPG Email on Android Phone?
- Open your device’s email application.
- Press the menu option in your Android phone and then select New Account.
- Type your TPG Email address and password.
- Then tap Next button.
– Email address: username@tpg.com.au
– Password: Your TPG Password - Fill in the following details properly and proceed to the next step.
– Protocol: POP
– Email address: username@tpg.com.au
– Username: Your TPG Username
– Password: Your TPG Password
– POP server: mail.tpg.com.au
– Security type: None
– Server port: 110 - Fill in the next Outgoing settings, and then tap Next.
– Username: Your TPG Username
– Password: Your TPG Password
– SMTP server: mail.tpg.com.au
– Security type: None
– Server port: 25 - Name your TPG email accounts along with the name you would like to appear on your outgoing email, and then tap”Finish installation”.
Congratulations! TPG Email now working on your Android phone.
Important Notice: Steps may vary depending on the model of your Android phone.
Use new POP3 features?
Storing ‘sent’ emails:
This will be done automatically. In the bottom of Mail Composition window, you may see.
If you DON’T wish to save the email, click on the box to remove the tick.
Creating/deleting a new folder:
- Click the Folders option from the yellow menu bar at the Peak of the page.
- Click on “Choose Action” to see the options in the drop down menu.
- Select “Create Folder”.
- A new window will appear – enter the title of the folder (e.g.’function’)
- And click OK button.
- To delete a folder, simply select “Delete Folder” instead of “Create Folder”.
Moving or copying emails to your new folders:
You have 2 different ways to move or copy emails to other folders.
- Delete a single email or multiple mails at once from mailbox:
– Tick the box/s next to the email/s you wish to move or copy.
– Click on “Messages to” to see the folders in the drop down menu.
– Choose the folder where you wish to move or copy email/s to. - Delete a single email from message view:
– Open the email you wish to move or copy.
– At the top or bottom of the email there are options you can click on to move or send a copy of the email to the folder of your choice.
How to Setup TPG Email in Microsoft Outlook 2010?
If you want to set up TPG email in Microsoft Outlook 2010, follow the steps below. And follow the steps given in it step by step.
- Click Next to start Outlook 2010 Startup Wizard.
- Select Yes, and then click Next.
- Select Manually configure server settings or other server types.
- Then click Next.
- Select Internet Email, and then click Next.
- Fill in the following fields.
- User Information.
– Your Title: Ordinarily your first name and your last name
– E-mail Address: Your TPG Email address - Server Information.
– Account Type: POP3
– Incoming mail server: mail.tpg.com.au
– Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.tpg.com.au - Logon Information.
– Username: Your TPG Username
– Password: Your TPG Password
– Tick Option: You can have the option to remember the password by placing a tick on the Remember password box - After filling in the above information, click Next.
- Adding TPG Email into an Existing Outlook 2010 Setup.
- Click Finish to complete your TPG Email setup.
If you have already set up an email account on Outlook 2010 and you wish to add a TPG email accounts, go to File and click on Add Account.

Setup TPG Email in Microsoft Outlook 2007?
If you want to set up TPG email in Microsoft Outlook 2007, follow the steps below. And follow the steps given in it step by step.
- Click to start setting up your Microsoft Outlook 2007.
- Select Yes, and then click Next.
- Tick Carefully configure server settings or other server types.
- And then click Next.
- microsoft exchange, pop3, Imp or http Choose one of these options and click the Next button.
- Fill in the following fields.
- User Information.
– Your Title: Normally your first name and your last name
– E-mail Address: Your TPG Email address - Logon Information.
– Username: Your TPG Username
– Password: Your TPG Password
– Tick Option: You can have the option to remember the password by placing a tick on the Remember password box - Server Information.
– Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.tpg.com.au
– Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.tpg.com.au - After filling in the above information, click Next.
- Last Click Finish to complete Email setup.
Set up TPG Email in Mac Mail!
If you want to set up mail in Mac and are having trouble following it, follow the steps below:
- Go to Mail option, and then click ‘Preferences’.
- Under Accounts tab, click the plus (+) button on the bottom left part of the window.
- Fill in the following fields.
– Account Type: POP
– Account Description: POP Account
– Full Name: Your full name
– Email Address: Your TPG Email address (username@tpg.com.au) - And then click Continue.
- Fill in the following fields.
– Incoming Mail Server: mail.tpg.com.au
– User Name: Your TPG Username
– Password: Your TPG Password - And then click Continue.
- Select Password for Authentication, and then click Continue.
- Fill in the following fields.
– Outgoing Mail Server: mail.tpg.com.au
– Tick Use Authentication, and fill in the User Name and Password with your TPG Username and Password respectively - Click Continue button.
- Ensure Use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) stays unticked, then click Continue.
- Confirm that all of the information are right as outlined in the preceding steps, then click Continue.
- Click Done to “complete” Email setup.
TPG POP3 Account
POP3 stands for Post Office Protocol version 3. It was designed to support “offline” email processing.
After you start your mailbox, new email is transferred from the email server and stored in your private computer. While the mails not yet deleted and downloaded from the e-mail, they may be seen from any online connection.

TPG IMAP Email Account
