1. Log In to your Hosting Manager.
2. On the Home page, click Settings at the top right corner of the page.
3. In the drop-down menu, click Change Password.
4. On the next page, fill out the following fields:Old PasswordType your current password hereNew PasswordType your new password hereNew Password (Again)Type your new password again, for confirmationMake sure to create a strong password. The Strength meter will tell you if your password is weak or strong.
   
   If you find it difficult to make a strong enough password for your email, you can let the system create one for you.
   
   To do this, follow the steps below:
   
   1. Click the Password Generator button, next to the Strength meter.
   2. In the pop-up box, copy the generated password and paste that in the Password fields.
   You can also choose to check I have copied this password in a safe place. Then, click Use Password. This will automatically copy and paste the generated password in the Password fields.

Configure Hosting Australia Webmail on Android Mail

Step 1.
From the ‘Choose account type’ screen select IMAP

Step 2.
Enter your email address carefully, and click continue. The email address is not case-sensitive.

Step 3.
On the ‘Connect IMAP’ screen fill out the fields accordingly. The ‘Display Name’ dictates what your emails will be signed as when received by others, and description just assigns a name in the Outlook accounts list.

Before hitting the tick to accept check the ‘Advanced Settings’ toggle.

Step 4.
On this last step ensure that you fill out all of the fields before continuing (they’re all necessary, but some may be filled for you already).

Configure Hosting Australia Webmail on iPhone Device

1. Purchase a cPanel or Cloud hosting subscription service.
2. Create an email account on our cPanel or Cloud hosting servers.
3. Ensure you have your incoming, outgoing, username and password details ready to go

How to Configure Hosting Australia Email on Mac?

Before you proceed any further ensure you have the following details available:

• Username (the email address you wish to configure)
• Password (you will need to set this in cPanel)

Additionally if using manual setup:

• Mail Server (used for both incoming and outgoing mail)
• Port selection (dependent on whether you’re configuring with or without SSL)

If you are missing any of the information listed above, resolve that first prior to continuing any further.

Without the correct password you won’t get very far, so to ensure you’re on the right track navigate to the web-mail for the account you’re configuring.

How to Configure Hosting Australia Mail on Outlook Express?

Click on Account Settings. Depending on which version of outlook you have, this may be under
TOOLS from the horizontal toolbar(Outlook 2003), or under the Orange File Button (2010) or
Blue File Button (2013). See below :

2. From the Account Setting window, click NEW
3. Click on EMAIL ACCOUNT, and click NEXT
   
4. Click on MANUALLY CONFIGURE SERVER SETTINGS and click NEXT
5. Click INTERNET E-MAIL and click NEXT
6. Enter you details in the boxes as specified by Hosting Australia support, see step 6.1, below if you aren’t
   sure of these settings. Then click MORE SETTINGS
   6.1. If you aren’t sure of your settings in step 6, they will be as follows. NOTE please replace your email
   address and domain name as required.

• EMAIL ADDRESS – your full email address, i.e. me@acmeproducts.com.au
• ACCOUNT TYPE – generally this will be pop3, however, Hosting Australia servers do support
  IMAP.
• INCOMING & OUTGOING SERVER – this will be mail.[MYDOMAIN], where [mydomain] will
  equal the name of your email domain, aka whatever follows the @ symbol in your email
  address. For example, if your email address is me@acmeproducts.com.au, your incoming and
  outgoing server will be the highlighted section, i.e. mail.acmeproducts.com.au
• USERNAME – This will be your full email address.
• PASSWORD – This will be your password, as configured when creating your email address, or as
  supplied by Hosting Australian tech support.

2. Click on the OUTGOING SERVER tab, and click MY OUTGOING SERVER REQUIRES AUTHENTICATION.
   Ensure the following option below is selected.
3. Click ADVANCED and change the outgoing port to 26. Click OK, and click NEXT.
